Its my first time posting here but i've been a gothic fan for more than a decade at this point. My first experience with Gothic came when i bought a gaming magazine that included a disc with a full game, and that game was the one mentioned above. As with many of you, it took me some time to figure out the game and the controls but once i've gotten used to them, i fell in love with the game and played it for countless hours.

Over time i also played Gothic 2, a bit of Gothic 3 and Risen. Jump forward to present time, i'm still playing Gothic 2 but this time i'm looking to try out mods for new experiences. Earlier this year i tried out L'hiver mod for Gothic 2. While it made the game look more pretty and some changes were interesting. Vis Trawler Simulator. It took me quite a while to find Lord Hagens castle on top of Khorinis, i should look up more often.:D I've tried 'The Returning' mod with the google translate english but that wasnt really all that playable given that i barely understood anything. Dv6768se Windows 7 Drivers. I want to ask you guys your experiences with mods and what i could try out. The one in the title, Dark Saga, will be the next one i plan on trying out, i've seen that it has an english translation but i havent found posts where people talk about it and share their experience with it.

Could any of you share some stories about that mod or any other?:D • • • • •. I played 'Dark Saga' way back in 2012 and my memories are kind of hazy, however, I clearly remember that I enjoyed it very much.

The developers added new battle styles, like using a shield and wielding dual blades. Storywise it was alright, the locations were well-built - if you are attentive enough you can find loads of secret loot, etc. I only beat the first chapter though, so I can't say anything about the later parts of the game - but the Mines and the location after were sweet. That's odd, I thought the 'The Returning' had an English translation.

It is a really big expansion, similar to 'The Night of the Raven'. The Paladin fortress is one of the many locations that were added in this expansion. I played the 1.1 version, however, since then there was a 2.0 release. The developers said that the expansion has about 32 new locations. Also, the game has a 7th chapter that describes the events after the hero and his friends defeat the Undead Dragon. Oh, I almost forgot - the expansion also adds a few guilds like the Water Mages (technically they were there, but you couldn't join them), Sleepers Brotherhood (they have a camp not far from Onar's farm if I recall correctly), also you can become a Necromancer. Honestly, there's a lot more to this expansion, I just can't recall all of it:D I also played a really cool mod titles 'People of Minental' for Gothic I.
