As Maryland's largest volunteer mentoring network, we make meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 6 through 18, in Baltimore City and the five surrounding counties. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people. With the help of our volunteer mentors, partners, donors, funders and families, we provide children facing adversity strong and enduring professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. Together, we are responsible for helping each mentee achieve: • Higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships • Avoidance of risky behaviors • Educational success Here's the proof.
